1. Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing the bhago website or platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bhago and its users.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Only individuals aged 18 or above are permitted to use the bhago platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited, and it is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance. bhago reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security
To access services on the bhago platform, you must create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Each user may operate only one account. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be permanently closed and the associated balances forfeited. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. bhago is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with others.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. bhago may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being temporarily restricted.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All users must act honestly, fairly, and lawfully while using the bhago platform. Any fraudulent activity, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using bots or automated tools is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately.
Abusive, offensive, or harassing behaviour towards other users on the platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting unauthorised access to bhago's systems, stealing data, or launching network attacks are criminal offences and may result in legal action. As a user, you are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
Using the bhago platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited. If suspicious transactions are detected, bhago is legally obligated to notify the relevant authorities, and the account in question may be suspended during the investigation.
4. Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on the bhago platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name; deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are not permitted.
Bhago reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals cannot be made until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are determined by the guidelines displayed on the platform.

The bhago platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bhago's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues. bhago is not responsible for the outcomes of any betting or gaming decisions made by users.
All content on the bhago platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and brand elements — is protected under bhago's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against any infringement of these rights.
The bhago platform may contain third-party services or links. bhago is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sources. We recommend reviewing the relevant terms before using any third-party service. Game providers may have their own terms that are beyond bhago's control.
6. Account Policy, Terms Updates & Applicable Law
Bhago reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason. In cases involving terms violations, fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time.
Bhago may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for any significant changes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
